Outline of business model

We will distribute dietary supplement ingredients supplied by Daehan Chemtech Co., Ltd. to Japanese and overseas dietary supplement manufactures. (At this moment, Daehan Chemtech Co., Ltd. has obtained “Health Functional Food Approval” from MFDS for 8 products and submitted their application files of 2 products to MFDS. Another 14 products are under human clinical trails stages for the “Health Functional Food Approval” from MFDS now.)

We will start to distribute from their two products named GPVGPS (collagen) and VGPG (elastin) and we will extend our product distribute platform step by step.

We may distribute our products as ingredients and we may also distribute our products as finished products with our contracted OEM manufactures in Japan and Republic of Korea.
